In covid situations company didn't deduct salary. Company provide quarter 2BHK to married persons. Alternate shifts also available.

1. Poor planning 2.no value of work, value only name of person who will be super senior. 3. No bonus 4. No kaizen or initior appreciation. 5. No canteen.

Likes

It's a good company, just for the freshers to get the experience. Secondly, the company is cash rich and therefore the salary comes on time and there is no problem related to job security. The rest of all goes downhill.

...HR policy that is accessible to the employees. - No Health Insurance Facility. - No parity in the salary of the employees. - Work culture is full of politics at every level, and the old employees are very gruesome to work with. - Work culture is very unflexible. - No Promotion and appraisal policy, only the near and dear ones are getting the Promotion. The salary hike is abysmal, it will not even match India's official inflation rate. - No career development for non-engineering background personnel. - No flexible timing. - No training and development of the employees. even the HR does not bother to connect with the employee at all. during my 4 years tenure, a barely attended any skill development program or had any interaction with the HR department. - There is some policy for the employee car advance and furniture advance but the process is cumbersome enough to discourage the employee to take. - The TA/DA policy is pathetic don't even cover half of the expenses incurred. - The company is in urgent need to overhaul the entire training and development of the employee program, however, it's another fact that they hardly have any training and development as such. the list is very long but I think it's enough information for the one who wants a raw idea.

...ir Sunday too. No work from home or 5 day opportunity even for office employees. Discrimination between permanent and contract employee (in salary is obvious but respect and contribution bonus should be same)
