ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd is a lala company so the salary and other benefits are not so good. If you can join ISGEC as a GET Or DET you can wait for permanent about 4 to 5 years.

Likes

Average work environment. Teammates are supportive. Sometime you have to work on weekends. Management force you to work overtime. Company police is very poor. They gave me laptop during WFH and after somedays they started charging monthly emi.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is very very slow. Don't join EPC Division. No SOPs for working.
