Company has its own colony in which seniority based accomodation available. Most of it's houses are too much old. Top floors are very much terrible in rainy seasons, summer and cold. Colony gets polluted due to paper mill and sugar Mill (too much waste come through air, also bad smells in all around colony)

Dislikes

...ng to share knowledge. Training are for higher authorities favourite persons. Company provide only salary.Other benefits like health insurance, bonus, gift or sweets on festivals are not available here. Canteens are in miserable situation due to corrupt contract.

Likes

1. Work life balance. There is specific time one needs to work. 2. Work load is such that one can complete job and leave office on time. 3. People here are mixing easily. One can feel that good environment here.

Dislikes

1. Salary is average on delhi NCR. Salary could have been better. 2. There shall be training on technical as well as HR related topic. 3. One good canteen facility is not there.

Likes

Highly unethical company. Old employees sticking to post and majority are very corrupt. Never allow any good and performing person to stabilize. You either dance to their tunes or be ready to be thrown away. All starts with HR head of the Business Vertical.

Nothing can impress you, I bet. Yes you will get salary positively but nothing more.

Management is supportive, Good working environment, Company politics is good, They give good salary every month and yearly bonus.

Dislikes

I dislike due to large distances from home town and no free school bus transportation to children

Good Opportunity to start. Have a brand value. Management and owner trying to rectify the problems.

...ir Sunday too. No work from home or 5 day opportunity even for office employees. Discrimination between permanent and contract employee (in salary is obvious but respect and contribution bonus should be same)
