The Salary very low after working with so much dedication, honestly and giving 9 years to the company. 28k salary per month. As per 11 years experience. I was ashamed even to tell about salary. Freshers take good salary better than me.

only a few ISGEC give very low salary to junior peoples as Noida is a metro city hence Management look after lower salary peoples.

Whole company is filled with narrow minded personalities. - pay is low and not on time - unnecessary torture by managers. - No help from HR or CFO - Seniors are bossy nature and unfriendly. - Worst company to work with - Employee has to pay for office work travels - policy says mon-fri work, but they ask to come on sat/sun for work.
