Job security is excellent. salary is on time and the financial condition of the company is good. Leaders are very good in nature and support subordinates.

the old quality system is used. promotion is very less. increment is also very less.

Average work environment. Teammates are supportive. Sometime you have to work on weekends. Management force you to work overtime. Company police is very poor. They gave me laptop during WFH and after somedays they started charging monthly emi.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is very very slow. Don't join EPC Division. No SOPs for working.

... Employee don't have any benefits, everything debit from the employee side only. Salary come in time only. While resignation they will harrass to complete the notice. If not complete they will charge double.🤙
