only a few ISGEC give very low salary to junior peoples as Noida is a metro city hence Management look after lower salary peoples.

Salary is very low as compared to industry standards. Very pooy infrastructure. 6 day working with 9 hrs daily Canteen facility very poor It's not even a MNC still after 80 years of establishment. Holidays are very less. Work life balance is like a hell.

Salary is quite good as per industry standards. Lot of things to learn. Good company to start as a fresher and will be helpful to build your profile.

Dislikes

In name of perks you will get nothing. Outdated technology and Infrastructure. Bonus is not give here. Club facility is very poor. No conveyance facility is given Colony is very old
