The Salary very low after working with so much dedication, honestly and giving 9 years to the company. 28k salary per month. As per 11 years experience. I was ashamed even to tell about salary. Freshers take good salary better than me.

Salary is very low as compared to industry standards. Very pooy infrastructure. 6 day working with 9 hrs daily Canteen facility very poor It's not even a MNC still after 80 years of establishment. Holidays are very less. Work life balance is like a hell.

In name of perks you will get nothing. Outdated technology and Infrastructure. Bonus is not give here. Club facility is very poor. No conveyance facility is given Colony is very old

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
