- very political culture. - Not support ing to new employees. - Employees does not have their role clarity. - No basic services to all employees like morning tea, landline service because of poor network availablity at the company premises. - No work life balance. - Promotions / Appraisal are given as political decisions only. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
