Salary is always on time. - the upper management is strict and expects quality and timely execution but they have also been very understanding when it comes to personal issues. Salary delay and no proper communication from HR. Learning is very less. You have to implement process that What you learned from previous company only. No proper SOP is there for store operation. Inefficient supporting staffs engaged in store. In my tenure I have faced one person is there and he completed 25 years with MD and he argued to complain against me with MD for a single argument.
