Management is watching at the CCTV camera every time to know are they working or not? They had few old employees to whom they believe with blind eyes. The royal person on ISC project is Mr. Mandeep Sing Ubeja

Store Manager is cooperative person.

Dislikes

Salary delay and no proper communication from HR. Learning is very less. You have to implement process that What you learned from previous company only. No proper SOP is there for store operation. Inefficient supporting staffs engaged in store. In my tenure I have faced one person is there and he completed 25 years with MD and he argued to complain against me with MD for a single argument.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
