Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...e is no future for serious person in the company… management is so poor. They never gave salary on time… and they don’t care about salary increment even they have given you on paper.. I quitted my job due to Mr. Santosh’s( Owner ) rude behaviour.

Will not recommend to anyone who is looking for job. All the old employees are fake with multiple faces. They don't pay on time. Bhakti sapke and Santosh sapke both the directors are interested in not giving your hard earned money. They will promise many things in the beginning but will not deliver. Kaustubh gujjar and Avinash HR both are fraud both support there directors in looting employees money.
