They will bluff and cheat you about the salary. I lost 1 month salary, without salary i have worked 3 months, after long time begging i get the my salary, some of the employes are still they fighting for 5 months salary. Just they are big Bluff masters.

I would have given zero rating if it allows me to do so..everything here is dislike .even If they provide you 100% hike which never happens then also do not join this company.worst culture worst ppl worst environment .very bad .I would have reported their license of possible for giving such mental toture to their employees.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
