Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...o who is doing fraud by not releasing incentives of doctors and sales managers . First they will hire you saying we can’t pay a base salary more than c amount because we pay good incentives and then you are stuck because ur incentives never get released on time . It is the same case for every other manager and staff that is stuck in the company . Absolutely zero professionalism. They will give you 45days timeline to do fnf and then mentally harass you for that Fnf . Really very bad paymasters . I will never recommend anyone to join .This is also one of the reason why staff attrition is highest in the company . Most of the reviews are fake and are done by few old company loyal peoples only , otherwise everyone is just stuck there because of the pending payments only !

I did like only the initial training part of 1 week and Dr. Geetika Mittal's nature.

The CEO doesn't have professional ethics of how to talk to her clinic heads or sales managers. She insults in PAN India meetings as well as in front of our team. Because of continuous torture by her my mental peace was disturbed. No value of employee even though u work for more than 10 hours. At the end u will get only insults by higher authority.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this place. The owner herself is unqualified in performing or consulting patients per se.

Dislikes

Too much politics and the place is full of quacks fooling patients and extorting them and giving pathetic services.
