Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Good environment for a career growth and updating our knowledge.

Dislikes

Staff shortage issues were there and so the salary hike is not that decent. Poor training for the new joined ones

You do not have a lot of work load.

Dislikes

Salaries are never on time, there is no concept of appraisal, No team outings, No PPF benefit. Also they can throw you out of the company anytime and recruit a person with no qualifications related to be a trainer.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
