Irrua specialist teaching hospital is a very good place for a beginner as it helps you develop yourself and have more knowledge about your professional as a lot of cases comes in on daily basis,the job security is good because is a government owned establishment. There is high level of team work also different programs are made available to help workers upgrade their knowledge. Periodically we are sent for a continuous education programs held within the hospital and we are also allowed to go for conference pending on your department. There is provisions for health insurance as well
