I have been in this company from quite sometime now, so before anything, will try to honestly list the pros that they have to offer. Well, Iron Systems used to be doing well until about 2020, but then their internal politics and clownery decision making made them a dreaded sinking ship. They still have work from home, but dont know how long that will continue. The salary almost every month comes on time as well.

... (5) Let's talk about favoritism and appraisals. Last year, their HR manager Ms. Pooja Agarwal received 25% appraisal and the best part- she also begged to got her variable component removed from her salary structure. Similarly, this year, the HR executive Preetha Nair received 25% appraisal. All this because, both of them were referrals of Shumeet. Now you see these clowns and their biasness? All other employees are suffering because of 10% salary deduction and here these people are enjoying their full salary. Will make anyone's blood boil. (6) There is another individual (wont name him) in the vendor catalog team. This guy resigned twice in last 2 years and received appraisals both the times. The second time he has also been promoted to Assistant Director. Ofcourse we all know the favoritism reason. BUT, the bizarreness doesn't ends here. Read this interesting story- one fine day this gentleman was sitting on the official video call with one of his woman team member, and on the video call this gentleman was "shirtless" and smoking a cig. Ofcourse a complaint was raised by that woman team member. Fast forward today- that woman team member has been terminated from the company and this gentleman got promoted to Assistant Director with 30% appraisal. Dear IRON SYSTEMS, this is the lowest you guys can stoop to. If the Rock Bottom has a basement, that's where you guys reside. (7) I'm working as a Program Manager and I can tell you, their BITO business has taken a big hit and is at the lowest in terms of revenue as of today. They do not have any money to pay salaries, so think 1000 times before joining. Bulk terminations are going on currently. (8) Do not join if they offer you Technical PM or Data center position by taking a big client name. That domain and client is fake and your life will be ruined doing just support and calling stuff. (9) The managers and leaders here do not know how to talk to their team members. Most of them you will find shouting and insulting on their subordinates. (10) If that was not all, the leave policy is one of the crazy in this company. They provide total 17 annual leaves (12 EL + 5 SL). Out of this, it is MANDATORY to apply atleast 12 leaves during the year end closure days, which are compulsory company shutdown days. If you do not have that much balance by the end of the year, you have to compulsorily remain on leave without pay and get your salary deducted.

...At the end of the year they may ask to go on leave. No reimbursement of leaves Variable Pay - You might have to follow them for your variable pay and at the end you may get 30% without giving proper reason. It may delay for 3 months to 6 months Job Security - Do not risk your career. They can ask any of the day to leave by giving 30 minute notice. I ignored the warning from one of my friend. Process - No process everyday it keeps on changing. HR has no control. Special benefits to few employee. Salary - Between 1st to 5th of every month. No double pay on Independence day or any other holidays HR do the wrong commitments and forcing you to join. All high ratings are fake. Only best team is their Local IT team who act very fast in case you have any issues.

No Policies, No HR, No ethics. If you are a performer be ready to work for 3 more people bcz who are not working they are just sitting idle, with uneven work distribution. No carrier growth. No RnR No learning/education/rewards No Leave Policy is one of the best things about this company. They provide 12 leaves annually and at the end of the year there are 11 days of unpaid shutdown. So you have one precious Leave annually in your bucket. #Enjoy Better you work on a Kirana Shop, I'm sure Lala Ji will give you more vacation than this MNC. 2 Min silence for some of the managers.
