Company is good... Safety norms are great work life balance is excellent in facility as i dont know about corporate

No salary hike Partiliaty with contract employees No perks n benefits are same with payroll employees Payroll have a good hike as par market value and govt norms but contract employees have no values if they work hard and smart also. Plus there is a cluster manager in bhiwandi named clint hilton he is harassing manager never got found red handed luckily but harassing a lot, he is doing cheap things like joining anyones name to any female by just seeing their good bonding he himself telling everyone that she or he having an affairs because he himself haves alot of affairs just because he make other females majboor to do else he will somehow fire them. His cheap work is drinking with down the line people and sits with them after drinking and doing cheap talks about girls with junior employees, he do lot of favorism with his spoon feeding employees and who licks his feet. He ruins hard work and smart work employees life by destroying their image in front of seniours. I beg to take necessary actions. Many people's are quite because they want to save their job. But not me.

Good company but less salary less perks even if told to the authorities there is no understanding. I joined here in 2017 as a supervisor and till date no offers have been given to me. I am still in the same position. I will contribute all the time but no good salary and no good increment.

Colleagues and staff members are really helpful and nice people.

Pay pathetic with the kind of physical and mental work is there. Workers don’t get paid as per the work, management is just concerned for there bonuses and literally kill the workers.

I like those people who always help me without any ego but the there is no growth in iron mountain because the salary payment was cheap from the others company

The salary is not perfect for the helps to our family and there is no respect for our work and also a person and there is no security and growth in to this company

We don't have job security in iron Mountain,they support us through covid-19 by giving salary and 8k compensation.

They are so many reasons,politics, problem not solving,there are no lunch rooms in some branches in Hyderabad,PF also not updated,we are facing some problems please conduct such a review experience of present working employees without involving branch managers and cluster manager.
