Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Completed IOS development internship from irohub. I must tell their training are top-notch! The whole team gave us a friendly and cool vibe. I even got the opportunity to work in live projects and that was really a great experience. Really learned a lot about how to deal in real projects. And their support after internship is also awesome. Such a great team.

I did Flutter internship at irohub. It was a wonderful experience. The team was so supportive. They taught me me so many things. They also allow interns to work in live projects, where I improved my skills alot.

I was an intern there..I had a terrible experience there. I lost my money and one year. I came there with lot of expectations. please don't put your business tactics towards the students who come there to start a career. Please, its my humble request to all other institutions who sees teaching as a business. Please don't spoil the future of any students

I done internship in Python here and the support i received was so good. The employees and trainers were so friendly. They always make me feels like I was also included. Whenever bugs occurred, the team helped me with how to solve it. Nice atmosphere. Nice people.
