...o need of management. More partiality from allotting holidays to hike increment. First they say 3 months probationary and agrees to pay 10k for 3 months and later after joining, during documentation they say it's 6 months and they continue to pay 10k itself. Don't think after 6 months they give hike. It's wrong assumption. After 1.5 years also they say we can give only 10k. No facilities provided. 2km should walk for bus even for women's.
No team lunch atleast once in a year. And team outing it's a dream.
I have worked as Jr developer, Excellent place to start career. Technical team in very supportive. The great part is you can learn both web based and desktop based development.
