Salary deduction, no fnf, fake promises, suffocating work environment, under the constant supervision of CEO and HR 24/7 cameras in all areas with audio access as well. no privacy. No work ethics, Fraud company , Fake testimonials, No one has gotten a job abroad in UK or ireland or any premium countries, they charge teh employees a big sum, issue a fake offer letter and fool the employees. They have more than 1000 files and no one has gone , I have personally checked them. Its all fake. Don't fall for it, earlier they used to have an amazing immigration lawyer to do visas only like dependent visa, business visa etc, howveer she also resigned because of the immense fraudulent activities and torture within the organisation. They might lure you with money, however if you have more salary than the HR then you already are on a big fight with him , a egositic person having no ethics.

... for the employees, after onboarding, they don't listen or care the employee. 5. Employees don't get their salary and fnf 6. Day by day resignation happens 7. No appreciation for the employees 8. Main head goal is not working together, love to see department finding each other mistakes and fight for it. 9. They have more expenses moreover they don't stop to open new branch. 10 Expenses they reduce is in stationary items. 11. After completing probation period, they delay the employees confirmation. 12. Employee engagement is not their part. 13. Because of not having proper strategy and departments the clients are losing their money.

Deducting half day salary when we come late even for 10 mins Late credit salary for people on probation No Saturday off No leaves in probation even for emergency cases or it will be unpaid leave No good incentives

The only good thing that happened to me was my reporting manager who was kind and willing to help and guide.

...has completed a year in this company. Very bad system. And FNF is just a dream. You wont get the salary for the last month you worked.

Cons- 1) Delay in salary, sometimes they give salary to confirmed employees on time but mostly people are in provision period they get salary after 10th of every month. Every month they have excuses they are out of fund. 2) Slow HR process and very rude , If you face any challenges then HR will not receive your call neither they will reply of your email or messages. 3) In company portal they will show that their sales every month 1cr+ but they have only excuses they dont have money to pay salary 4) very bad leave policy, leave will be generated after provisions but after that also you will not be allowed to take leave. 5)They can terminate you anytime saying due to cost cutting but they are renting office in every where and hiring continuously. 6) They have no break policy like not even female employees can take break if they are on period 7) Delay in FnF , sometimes they don’t pay also. 8) If you are 2 minutes late to log in they will cut your half day salary and if they have any technical issues also they will cut your salary. If you forget to logout then too. This is a fraud company. This company will spoil your career. They are fraud for their customers, employees too.
