1. 14 hours daliy working, no time for family. 2. Sunday half day working must. 3. No job security, you can replaced at any time. 4. Company's MD thinks that declaring bonus and giving cash awards can force staff and workers to work more than 16-18 hours in month end to achieve monthly target. 5. No skilled manpower & timely delivery of material at site to perform work. 6. At site Non-Technical person appointed to guide Project Manager & Construction Manager. 7. If you worked whole month & went on leave on 1st or 2nd of next month, if not reported at site on or before 4th, than your salary will be hold. When you will come at site than your salary will be released.

iRise is the good company but HR Management very chip. They didn't response if any employees give to solve his problems. Always think about make small problem to big. If any employee give Resign And sarve his notice period process after that any employees not take notice period mony from compny.
