Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? iRise is the good company but HR Management very chip. They didn't response if any employees give to solve his problems. Always think about make small problem to big. If any employee give Resign And sarve his notice period process after that any employees not take notice period mony from compny.
