1. 14 hours daliy working, no time for family. 2. Sunday half day working must. 3. No job security, you can replaced at any time. 4. Company's MD thinks that declaring bonus and giving cash awards can force staff and workers to work more than 16-18 hours in month end to achieve monthly target. 5. No skilled manpower & timely delivery of material at site to perform work. 6. At site Non-Technical person appointed to guide Project Manager & Construction Manager. 7. If you worked whole month & went on leave on 1st or 2nd of next month, if not reported at site on or before 4th, than your salary will be hold. When you will come at site than your salary will be released.

...ot to learn here, and if you do good work then you will get rewards accordingly. You also get promotion and the best part is that you get your salary on time

One thing I don't like is that the views of most of the people working on the side are rarely conveyed to the top management.

iRise is the good company but HR Management very chip. They didn't response if any employees give to solve his problems. Always think about make small problem to big. If any employee give Resign And sarve his notice period process after that any employees not take notice period mony from compny.

Higer management very chip and loose his work. No any think about solve employees problem.. Always creat small to big problem for employees From HO no any heiger management reply any mail.

This company is very bad. The owner of this company does not trust his employees. He is in love with a crazy English man or you can say that the owner is proud of his money. A company with such thinking can never win and where there is politics.

Likes

Best place to work, descent atmosphere, office location, cheerful people working around you, always a good place to work. Really supportive people and management.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about. Saturday off would be more delightful.
