Now Iris has rebrand it's logo and now evolving as an MNC and building a strong culture. Here are some points which I liked: 1) Regular HR connect at all level - Helping organization to better understand the employee needs and guide and mentor them in the right direction to achieve their goals. 2) New policies such as work from home, conveyance allowances (recently introduced) , Travel and accommodation reimbursement to encourage employee to start work from office. 3) Rebranding and Marketing of Iris as a brand - It will help to build strong reputation in the IT industry for Iris and also employee will feel proud to be part of such organization and aspire other to join Iris. 4) Implementation of ERP (Success Factor) to full fil all the HR/L&D/Finance/Hiring needs from one centralized portal.
