Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing is good at there.

Dislikes

No professionalism and unethical behaviors to employees. Zero scope to grow and learn new things. The company is only meant for profit making by exploiting employees. Working hours ranges from 10 to 12 hours. No space for personal life. substandard salaries with respect to the work load and roles you played. Working profile changes according to company needs no fix profile.
