Uk scrum master is hurry to complete things and that's why project may suffer long term quality issue in project. Already lots of project suffering due to this kind of work culture Scrum master have good access of management and they promots less experience devs who knows only to deliver work with speed Company have statistics model to calculate the developers work and it's not correct in real time.

I proudly say IRIS is the one of the best company for female to work in safe environment and work under pressure is low only comparing to other company's. I learned a lot and it will helps me to explore myself confident.

Dislikes

I am regret to tell this dislike is any getting proper hike for 2 years. Basically my pay scale is very low. In this case they gave me the hike amount of below 1K for the one year work.

Likes

Good learning platform for freshers. Day shift job. Have more automation to make the job easy.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Package is not in line with market. No dining area to have food. No proper cafeteria/pantry

The only think I like is the shift timing especially for female employees.

Dislikes

When it comes to appraisal only employees who is close with their TL or manager are likely to get good ratings however the hard working employees are always left with nothing and also when it comes to health they are not concern about the employees health however the work should be done.

IRIS management is good but managers are very worst to handle the employee's especially who are all working there more than 15 yrs they are spoiling the company culture and values and they treat the employees like a school kids .
