Uk scrum master is hurry to complete things and that's why project may suffer long term quality issue in project. Already lots of project suffering due to this kind of work culture Scrum master have good access of management and they promots less experience devs who knows only to deliver work with speed Company have statistics model to calculate the developers work and it's not correct in real time.

1. Salary hike/promotion. 2. Politics (if you can able to handle the tactics of the management, you can survive) 3. Not enough training unless it is bulk hiring. (Freshers will feel stumped.) 4. The cafeteria is small. 5. The human resources department is not human resourcing; they are the company resources. Don't seek help from them; they are against the employees. (Iris, if you see this, please change yourself from HR department to CR department.) 6. Internal managers and HR departments having good friends as they won't think to terminate the employees. 7. Lack of employee welfare (they support the client; guess this is because they are paying monies)

I am regret to tell this dislike is any getting proper hike for 2 years. Basically my pay scale is very low. In this case they gave me the hike amount of below 1K for the one year work.

Work from home, fixed weekends off.

Dislikes

Everything. If there is a minus star I would have given. No work life balance. They will suck your blood. Managers are biased. No parking facility, HR is useless. Targeting managers. No proper organisation, they will dump all work on leads heads. If you be a puppet to your immediate manager, then you can survive there. You cant express your opinion, managers are not open to feedback. They just want us to do what they want. Micromanaging to the core, lots of politics.
