Although the payment tenure is very delayed from accounts and management but all resigned employees got their payment.

Dislikes

Iris is running with Babu culture. Neither good hr policies running over nor good environment is there. Their is only one policy is running that is “no policy”

As a head of finance, I am fully involved in all the strategical planning, Corporate decisions, Compliance, setting up branches in UAE and Oman. Target and Budget and variance analysis. A complete track on Cash Flow, Handled Insurance Authorities and all other regulatory work in addition to Auditing.

Dislikes

Professional Ethics and involvements from boards disturbed the Compliance and Cash Flow

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
