Nothing to like…. Absolutely 3rd class company with absolute dishonest owner and his hr wife.

Dislikes

Didn’t provide salary and without and prior notice and without reason relieve from job…… work time is from 9 AM to late evening upto 10 PM

Hr attitude is very bad.they make fool to new joiner.and follow own job policy.no offer letter and salary slip.salary is not on time.hr only fever for company.long time work environment.no extra benifits of extra working.and work planning is worst.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
