Frankly speaking it's totally a Lala/worst company. Salary not on time. No members in team. Less leaves. No job security. The CEO Nitin Malik is a lead engineer and not a practical guy. He is very rude, brainless.

Salary on time, annually celebration of company.

Dislikes

Bad policies regarding employee benefit point of view in all aspects. HR is very looting type lady. In ESIC policy, employer part is taken from employee itself.
