This is a psu, so no headache of getting laid off

Dislikes

Management is very poor and outdated. Cleanliness of the plant is very poor with health hazards. All four units are located in extremely rural areas with very poor connectivity.

I have worked in IREL for more than 35 years. Started my career as an Engineer and rose to the position of Director. Plenty of opportunities for career growth.

The units are located in non metro areas for which there is less preference for the younger generation executives. But the units have all modern amenities for worth living.
