Salary credited on time. All sub offices are good except Kolkata region.

Dislikes

Kolkata office is full of politics and bootlickers. Good and hardworking employees get harassed and those who oil and bootlick their seniors gets good facilities, promotion and increment.

Individual take all responsibility,No one guidance and month end your seniors call for timesheet remained month's day no one talk or call. Did not give introduction about company policy or attendance/leave system did not know that present day attendance count or leave-Not had any digital platform ,if company had only for income tax declaration forms.

Dependence to another company,mostly like bachelor accomodation, travelling etc.Salary package very less while experience, higher qualification employee deployed

During lock down period most of the person facing financial problem, but in this period my organisation clearing regular salary with small deduction, also I have secure about my job in this crisis.

Growth is very slow also compensation is little less, Management never given any type of project training.

Salary come on time, but monthly expenses are late approximately 15-20 days after completing the month.

Dislikes

Yearly increment are approximately nil just because of contract agreement. And skill development are zero.
