IRCLASS management is very poor.New management comes and no any technical competency looking for engineer ,less salary and giving more work , no any benefits given.Boss selected person only promotions and hard working engineer is not having promotion and dislike by the management. Hr department is very strong.HR is saying same management is accepting ,Technical competency no any values. No any system in the company for online.If any complaint comes engineer justify self , no management is supportive.Top level is enjoying and ground level working engineer to squeeze.

...ent 3) Travelling expenses were late after 2 to 3 months, it's sometimes equal to your 1 or 2 months salary,though u have to continue travel by your own pocket 4) No fix promotion criteria, an Engineer I met & having good experience & knowledge of about 10 years was still worked at the same position till last 4 years & 1 non competent person get promotion in only 9 months having total experience of only 4 years by praising managers 5) Limited learning experience 6) No job safety, company has already remove higher authorities due to no work iissue

Salary credited on time. All sub offices are good except Kolkata region.

Dislikes

Kolkata office is full of politics and bootlickers. Good and hardworking employees get harassed and those who oil and bootlick their seniors gets good facilities, promotion and increment.

"Job security was non-existent, and the work culture was filled with office politics, making it unsuitable for contractual employees. The management was very poor, with HR showing no involvement in any formalities, and company policies seemed inconsistent, varying from person to person. There was also partiality among the employees, as a diploma engineer was appointed as the manager of highly skilled engineers."

Dislikes

There is no proper induction or training, job security is lacking, career growth is slow, and salary growth is low. Travel requirements are high, there is a lot of office politics, and innovation is lacking. On the positive side, the work environment is good, and there is a good work-life balance. However, management doesn't pay compensation on time - it is paid after 3 months. Additionally, traveling allowances differ from person to person and this information is withheld from employees.
