"Job security was non-existent, and the work culture was filled with office politics, making it unsuitable for contractual employees. The management was very poor, with HR showing no involvement in any formalities, and company policies seemed inconsistent, varying from person to person. There is no proper induction or training, job security is lacking, career growth is slow, and salary growth is low. Travel requirements are high, there is a lot of office politics, and innovation is lacking. On the positive side, the work environment is good, and there is a good work-life balance. However, management doesn't pay compensation on time - it is paid after 3 months. Additionally, traveling allowances differ from person to person and this information is withheld from employees.

During lock down period most of the person facing financial problem, but in this period my organisation clearing regular salary with small deduction, also I have secure about my job in this crisis.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
