Toxic and highly political environment. Owner's Involvement in nitty gritty things. Old employees (including senior leaders) can't adapt new people. Most important no job security, you can't think for long term there. Either owner's are not aware of things happening there next level or getting twisted information.

There are no job security, Get fired from the company without notice period.The time to join the company is fixed, not the time to boot out and Dirty politics is done by management. Totally career is spoil here.
