Dislikes

Toxic and highly political environment. Owner's Involvement in nitty gritty things. Old employees (including senior leaders) can't adapt new people. Most important no job security, you can't think for long term there. Either owner's are not aware of things happening there next level or getting twisted information.

I.EVO is not a company, it is a nepotism factory. All relatives is on higher post and it is not support outer person. There is no career security.it is bulshit company.salary system is also so poor. Management is also so poor. All buttering person is on higher post and the use rule how the want.
