Likes

Only thing that they give good impression in the first go and want you to learn. Will give one on one training for a very limited time, which eventually is not enough. Laptop, SIM card and other stuff are provided in new condition.

Dislikes

Salary are kept on hold as per their wish. No Support after certain time. You are always clueless whom to reach and whom to not for any issues faced. Play a ballgame within their small inter departments for your query resolution. Till date i haven't received my F&F and my experience letter even after sending legal notices from my lawyer.

Hardly to find good work there. If you owe a master degree and work there. You assure yourself for 0 learning.

Dislikes

Hardly salary paid on time. Deduction on different parameter but no parameter for incentive. Mediator firm, family managed so hardly there is any freedom. No hra,epfo and I’ll behaviour from top management. Specially HR.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
