I have an offer letter for a similar role. It is 3Lakh rise on my current salary. I'm not excited about the pay but the change of job role that it offers. Can you guys please help me on it?

...ucracy and red tape to get anything done is a lot and so takes a very long time. Salary is okay but not highly competitive

In IQVIA their is no work life balance. Employee always in fair of loosing job, micro management is their, and no one care how much you put efforts in your work. Politics come when time for promotion

Best for people interested in pharma. Good learning opportunities, project suiting individual's skills. Lot of opportunities to try new things.
