No proper management decisions. I was hired by one and terminated by another. The reason for termination was no clarity as to when the Academy will start running (the same Academy for which I was hired)

Only interns of salary they will give you good hike.

No process, hiring and firing goes on as per the option of some sr.members who create some impression about people.. I have seen ppl getting fired based on other ppl's opinion.. not good for contractors .. you would not know where your job starts and where it ends .. caree growth of an individual is not focused on talent acquisition team..

The company culture is good as well as the work environment. The colleague are helpful and POC and SME are helping you if you face any problem.

Dislikes

...fe balance. You need to stretch your working hours and there is no overtime pay. Apart from that, the salary is not justified in which role you are working. Moreover, the incentive is pretty less and the promotion is sluggish.

IQVIA is a product based company.So, if you are into supporting any IQVIA products then your knowledge will be limited to that specific product only and the technology being used in that product. *Very less new projects are coming.

They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.
