Salary hike is very low compared to market standards.No career growth.Management not concerned about employees.Variable pay cycle is January to December,but you will receive it next year in April.

Great work life balance like flexible working hours and work from home option, no work pressure (depends on managers) good compensation benefits along with excellent medical insurance up to 4L additional top-up employee can avail from there end . Timely health checkup for employees under various internal programs. Great option for the person looking for stability in career. Great option for ladies with family burden.

Dislikes

Managers are everything for resource working under them, appraisal process is not that great as market correction and compensation does not decided based on performance. HR services are not that great. Lack of clear picture on policies due to every year new acquisition. Each department (Directors) has there own rules and policies. Cab facilities are pathetic as concern team don't understand the difference between a IT office and a Factory very high cost for general shift cabs. (They should learn from companies functional in same tech park , LG/CISCO/FLIPKART).

* Good work life balance. *Work culture is very good . *Decent salary hike (8-15%).

Dislikes

IQVIA is a product based company.So, if you are into supporting any IQVIA products then your knowledge will be limited to that specific product only and the technology being used in that product. *Very less new projects are coming.

They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

Salary gets credited on 25th. Lot of training material available.

Dislikes

No clarity on promotions, jobs, you are at mercy of managers. Hr and managers have no empathy. May be good for pharma but not for technology people. Healthcare sector but offices doesn't have gym. Even if you join don't overstay. hikes are very less.
