Easy to get work-life balanced in this company . They will give a good salary and appraisal. From the career growth point of view ...there is less opportunity here. They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.
