    This company's bonus policy is a scam. They never tell employee that you must be employed on Mar 1st to receive the bonus of previous year. Even my manager thought the required employment date is Dec 31st. I even stayed longer so they can have time hiring new people. They never bother to tell me that if I stay 1 more week I can get what I deserve. They stole $30k from me. Apart from this, they are relentless in keep your billable target (they want 95% which is unreasonable). They told me to not record training time or time spent on filling out time sheet every week. Yes, you need to put details up to 15 mins for each week. It also makes you hesitate to take vacation time because that will impact your billable target. I worked hard all year to maintain this so they can steal it from me. There is no known number of PTO or personal day.
