IQVIA is a product based company.So, if you are into supporting any IQVIA products then your knowledge will be limited to that specific product only and the technology being used in that product. *Very less new projects are coming.

Dislikes

They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

Salary gets credited on 25th. Lot of training material available.

Dislikes

No clarity on promotions, jobs, you are at mercy of managers. Hr and managers have no empathy. May be good for pharma but not for technology people. Healthcare sector but offices doesn't have gym. Even if you join don't overstay. hikes are very less.
