In IQVIA their is no work life balance. Employee always in fair of loosing job, micro management is their, and no one care how much you put efforts in your work. Politics come when time for promotion

Nothing at all. Apart from a slightly higher salary there is absolutely no merit in working in this organization.

There is a lack of empathy and an inhumane approach is taken to get things done, given the strict timelines.

Only interns of salary they will give you good hike.

No process, hiring and firing goes on as per the option of some sr.members who create some impression about people.. I have seen ppl getting fired based on other ppl's opinion.. not good for contractors .. you would not know where your job starts and where it ends .. caree growth of an individual is not focused on talent acquisition team..

Salary appraisal issues, no hike despite giving good performance with more business, favouritism, managers take the feedback personally rather than understanding the problem, no team building activities leading to silos in the team, lack of communication among higher level managers and analysts.
