Big Clients Financially stable organization Good pay (if you know how to negotiate)

Dislikes

1. Huge favouritism towards older employees. 2. Non-existent work life balance in India. 3. Toxic culture and subtle racism against Indian employees which is ignored by CEO and senior leaders (who are also Indian) 4. Weak hiring policies and Some recent senior hires do not even have basic communication skills. 5. Management in India has no clue what they're doing. 6. Sub standard office facilities and bad location in Bangalore.

Likes

Culture and strictly they following there value system. Skill development is always on top. People are extremely friendly. All managers, CEO are chill. At least they want the work done. Product is building up so building it from scratch is an awesome experience. If you over work and HR comes to know then they will question about why exceeding the 40hrs limit. All these experiences are my personal because of a awesome manager.

Dislikes

...ending to many meetings. But that feedback also was taken into consideration. Compensation benefits are not so good. (Context = Basket of allowance mean)

Likes

They don't pay enough money but will want you to work all day. They also stopped their kudos rewards of meagre 500 rupees. You will find no motivation to work. You can get promotion not because of your work but because of you know what. Such companies should never get good places to work award. Regret time over there.

There is nothing to like actually. They pay peanuts and expect you to give high impact work.

There are various opportunities to grow as an individual. We get a chance to explore new technologies and work on them. We work towards company's as well as individual goals.

Company is yet to have processes for employee compensation and benefits.

very shady organization full of shady politics - clowns in leadership team who can't even speak proper English - most toxic environment - working hours are from 11am - 1am (14 hours per day) - people got mental breakdowns after torture from leadership - they will promote you and demote you after 1 week for no reason - you will be fired for no reason at all - company has lost hundreds of employees and 80% projects since 2022 - senior management encourages politics and favouritism now they are desperate because all good employees left. nobody wants to join. please don't join and ruin your life.
