Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Iqra school system is one of the greatest systems in the world.management is outstanding. Every employee is secure and relax. Policies are good enough to give pleasure to workers, for example allownces are given without demand and unexpectedly.

It is a self finance institute which is located in a slum area where pupils come from slum areas and don't give fees. So the experience of working with them is not good.

Dislikes

Because there is no job security, no work environment, and career growth.
