Pay is less, The hike depends on performance max is 30-35%. After learning about the project there is nothing new to learn, feels like doing the same thing again.

Full of politics in this company, I would prefer anyone who joins newly to skip this company, technology wise they are using very old technical stack , anyone who prefer to join will face difficulties finding new one.

Behaviour of Management is not at all good company.They thought the employees are labour under them and we need to obey their orders.
