Likes

Induction & orientation was very smooth. It felt like second home. As time passed by responsibilities which helped me proving my worth and getting promoted in a short span of time.

Dislikes

Apart from the Principal, there is a core team of very senior Faculty members who are involved in decision making process. They are not open or adaptable to change. Either you have to be a people pleaser or stay quiet such that you are not bullied by those seniors and you can sustain in that toxic environment.
