Patients are cool. Not demanding at all. Doctors are also cool.

Dislikes

Salary never in time, some time 2-3 month lagging. ( last 2-3 yr treads) Forget about growth and increments. No job security . No in service training. Horrible attitude of HR department towards its own staff/doctors.

Infrastructure. Some of the colleagues were nice.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic work environment. They don't give the full salary which is quoted at the time of joining. Salary is delayed sometimes by 5 to 6 months.

One major problem salary comes really really late at the end of the month we got salary.and no increment yearly

If you want a leisure job, with no hope to improve your career then its the place for you... Its only suitable for retired doctors, not for young ones.

Dislikes

No work culture, no job security. One of the worst place to work. Hopeless management people, delayed salary, no pay hike.

I loved to work for iqcity nh branch,durgapur. Last 2 years I am working for this hospital. But there is no facilities to go abroad or any other further opportunities nearby. That is a big negative .that's why I gave 4 star.

Compensation is decent bt growth is slow.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
