Possibly the worst company I have seen so far. 0% job security, director always threats you everyday that he will fire you if you do not complete the given task in time. I'll tell you the whole story. They hired me and told me that I have to work for 15 trial days. After that they will take the decision of my confirmation based upon my performance. On the very first day, nobody was there to help and guide me about my JD. What's my work, whom I need to report, nothing. No communication at all. The company not even had Admin, Accounts, HR at Vasai branch. So I started doing the same work I was doing in previous company. Just after 7 days, stores manager left the job without notice due to director's harassment and abusive language. Again after 15 days factory manager left the job without notice due to the Director's behaviour. I repeatedly asked Mamta (admin head) whether I was selected or not, then they told (on 16th day that they will hire me). After repeated and continuous attempts I received my appointment letter after 39 days of joining. I was hired for production engineer post but the director was expecting me to do all the factory manager related work that too without any assistance and support staff. To look after the whole vasai factory branch, only two staff (including me) were there. So all the admin, accounts and HR related work has to be done by two only. Director and mamta used to call us every 1 or 2 days and the director was such a nonsense person that he used to waste all the time on pointless matter which has no output in company benefit that too in insulting, abusive way. He used to abuse the managers in front of workers. When I talked about this to my colleague and workers they told me that due to the same reason, many staff has left the job. So please friends, never ever join this company.

Director Rajesh and Mamta is the very it's very toxic and totally abusive, utterly arrogant and very high level harrasment they are doing with their employees.their arrogance is very intolerable and they harassed and degrade eveyone in very offensive language. The way treat the people is very disrespectful and creating hostile and unbearable toxic work environment. This type of cheap and disgusting people never allowed to work in any company. 1. IPWT corporation is a group company wher your job is not secured except Business development (dhavla dhavli) manager. 2. Company CEO does not know how to run a business; he needs to take lessons from his younger brother. 3. The business is in mess because of so called business development (dhavla dhavli) manager and the major flaw to ruin this organisation, there are many reason but will explain you few, She has a special talent of keeping her words and etc. to convince CEO. She is so talented that ever year she gives resignation and every year same textile company approaches her, this is because she need ex gratia, bonus and yearly increament also this benefits are given to her only. Every work is delayed by her and CEO, as the CEO need the worked to be supervised by her but she will not, she will come after few days and the work which you have completed will be presented by her and your credit will be taken by her without knowing you. A tale can be written from receptionist to Business development (dhavla dhavli) manager. One more thing she is nothing outside this group not a single company will hire her until and unless the company CEO requires a special talent. If anybody wants to laugh then stand beside her and listen how fluently she speaks English ( is that, so that, for that etc). Organisation is short of employees because of business development (dhavla dhavli) manager, her special talent convinces the CEO to terminate employees infact she is the person who must be terminated first by CEO. CEO needs to take his decision not someone elses. 4. Only accounts team and admin executive is active over here and only they very supportive, but the appreciation is given only to business development manager.

My experience in this organisation was terrible as per JD which was given on my interview was total different as my work because both the CEO and business development manager does not know the meaning of Job description, I was told to do work on same salary which was given by my previous company and after probation period will increase the salary as per your requirement but unfortunately I was terminated as I completed my probation period. The reason which was given for termination was your work profile does not match with companies requirement. A tip from me if you have a job please don't leave from there as here your job is not secured.
